    The reality of your building modelled to your standards. We engineer as-built models from LOD 100 to LOD 400 in Revit, ArchiCAD or open IFC — architectural, structural and MEP — directly from validated point clouds.

    3D Gaussian Splatting

    Photoreal scene capture for review, communication and presentation. The site reconstructed as millions of view-dependent gaussians — navigable from a browser, with the geometry underneath.

02 / How we work

    We define accuracy targets, deliverables, software ecosystem and project standards together with you. We leave with a written scope and a fixed quote.

  2. Site capture

    Terrestrial laser scanning, mobile mapping or photogrammetry — we choose the technique that suits the site, not our portfolio. In-house team, certified equipment.

  3. Processing

    Registration, classification, decimation, splat training and modelling — with QA at every step. Official REGCAN95 system when relevant.

  4. Delivery & support

    Files in your formats, hosted web reviews when needed, and aftercare for as long as the project runs.
